Neurodivergence

Living as a neurodivergent person (Autism, ADHD, Learning Difference, etc.) can feel like moving between overwhelm and shutdown, while trying to hold identity, self-worth, and constant masking. We support you in navigating the overlap with BPD traits, and working through shame, self-criticism, emotional numbness, and patterns like perfectionism, procrastination, and paralysis, while building nervous system regulation and stability.

Feeling stuck between wanting connection and fearing rejection, often leading to loneliness, isolation, and social shutdown. We support you in working through fear of judgment and abandonment, flight/freeze responses, and the pressure to fit in, while building safer ways to connect.

We support healing from relational, attachment, and sexual abuse trauma, including PTSD. Together, we work to understand how past experiences continue to show up in emotions, relationships, and the body, and help you build safety, clarity, and a more grounded sense of the present.

Exploring child–parent (including adult children) relationships shaped by emotional distance, misunderstandings, and unmet needs. Focus is placed on improving communication, strengthening boundaries, and creating opportunities for repair and more connected relationships.

Exploring how early experiences of instability (i.e., intergenerational trauma, frequent moves, parental separation, or financial hardship) can shape current emotional patterns, relationships, and ways of coping in adulthood.

Struggles with bullying experiences, people-pleasing patterns, and difficulty setting boundaries can leave relationships feeling draining or unbalanced. Therapy helps identify these patterns and build clearer communication, self-protection, and healthier relational boundaries.

Emotional and behavioral challenges at home or school? We’re here to support both the child and their family through compassionate, collaborative therapy that builds emotional resilience, improves communication, and creates a more connected home environment.

Sometimes words aren’t enough. Music psychotherapy uses music and creative expression to explore emotions and support healing. No musical experience needed—just a willingness to connect in a new way.

Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or relationship struggles? Whether you’re navigating boundaries or influenced by trauma, let’s unpack what’s going on and start building the life and relationships you want—with support every step of the way.

Embrace your unique identity and grow with a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach that honors who you are—just as you are.
